Fleming’s Debuts “Taste the Season” Prix Fixe
Two-courses featuring fresh, market flavors in a creative winter dinner
Vibrant, fresh and flavorful describes Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar’s new tastes in a special winter menu inspired by peak of the season freshness. Executive Chef Russell Skall has designed an innovative market-driven Taste the Season prix fixe, showcasing two courses at a special price of $40.95. Wine Director Maeve Pesquera offers up a dramatic margarita with flavors of the season – ruby pomegranate and herbaceous sage – combined with Milagro Silver Tequila for a brilliant colored and tangy-sweet cocktail that make a perfect start to the evening.
Guests begin with an appetizer of crusty crostini topped with housemade ricotta flavored with lemon zest and layered with juicy bosc pear slices drizzled with Meyer lemon honey and orange zest. The entrée of an iron-seared Delmonico steak is topped with spiced blue crab glaçage and plated with a crispy potato cake and baby heirloom carrots. Chef Skall’s a la carte frozen Almond Soufflé is delicately flavored with Amaretto, and topped with fresh blueberry sauce, whipped cream and cocoa nibs. This prix fixe is available for a limited time from February 1st through March 10th:
