The Boston Beer Company offer tours of their Sam Adams Brewery. Boston Beer founder Jim Koch is the sixth generation of Koch brewmasters, the sixth oldest son to be lured by the smell of hops and the desire to make great beer. Tours run Monday-Thursday: 10-3, Friday 10-5:30 and Saturday 10-3. Tours are free with a recommended $2.00 donation which goes 100% to charity.
