The MBTA - referred to as the "T" - runs daily service on buses, trains, & trolleys throughout Boston & surrounding towns. T stations can be identified by a black "T" on a white circular sign.

CharlieCards and CharlieTickets make it easier than ever to ride the T. Tickets and cards store value for single or multiple rides, or you can load a T-Pass on your CharlieCard or CharlieTicket and travel as much and as often as you like. No matter how you ride, there's a T-Pass to meet your needs. Visit a T-Pass Sales office, full-service, in-station fare vending machine, and retail sales location or buy T-Passes online.
