The Bowery Presents: Boston and Consulting Chef Michael Schlow are at the helm of The Sinclair, two distinct spaces that house a live-music venue and American kitchen with gastropub influences. Hosting over 200 shows, and open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch all year round, The Sinclair defines dinner then a show.
Paying close attention to seasonality and ingredients, Executive Chef Marcellus Coleman’s menu is consistently inspired by areas across the country that cultivate a rich and vibrant music scene, from New Orleans to New York City. Chef Coleman grew up in Brooklyn, NY and has worked his way through some of the most impressive Manhattan kitchens, such as Alias, wd-50 and Eleven Madison Park. He came back to Boston, but not before being crowned the winner of the Food Network’s hit TV show, Chopped.
At The Sinclair, diners structure their own experience, choosing from snacks, small plates and entrées. An innovative cocktail list spans drinks from “Right Now” and “Back Then,” while local and regional beers in cans, bottles and large formats offer an ever-changing selection of l craft brews that are sure to please even the most experienced and seasoned beer advocates.
