Overview

UpStairs at the Pudding is now UpStairs on the Square! Owners Mary-Catherine Deibel and Deborah Hughes preside over their new restaurant in another historic Harvard clubhouse facing Winthrop Park in the heart of Harvard Square. Named Best New Restaurant of 2003 by Boston Magazine, it has been newly acclaimed for its hand-crafted cuisine, beautiful design and festive atmosphere. There are two dining rooms, each with its own menu; elegant and sophisticated fine dining with Amanda Lydon as chef in the pink and gold Soiree Dining Room, or the more casual firelit Monday Club Bar Dining Room for casual haute cuisine by Beard award winner Susan Regis.
