Suffolk Downs is New England's premier thoroughbred racetrack. Founded in 1935, the track conducts live thoroughbred racing from May through November. The Massachusetts Handicap, won by Seabiscuit in 1937, is currently a qualifying race for the prestigious Breeders' Cup. The Terrace dining room offers a unique dining experience, with a spectacular view of the racetrack. The track can accommodate private parties, group functions, and meetings for up to 400 guests in a variety of settings.
