Founded in 1969, Heritage Museums & Gardens, the largest public garden in southern New England, celebrates American culture and inspires people of all ages to explore, discover and learn together by sharing excellence in horticulture, garden design and the exhibition of great collections. Located on 100 acres of gardens and nature trails in historic Sandwich, MA, Heritage is a short distance from popular area attractions and hotels such as the Sandwich Glass Museum and Daniel Webster Inn & Spa.  Heritage is roughly 15 miles west of Hyannis, MA  and 18 miles south of historic Plymouth, MA.  Heritage Museums & Gardens is comprised of three gallery buildings and expansive gardens.
