Join us on Wednesday, January 29 for our 36th anniversary celebration, featuring this six-course menu for $75 per guest:

FIRST COURSE
Quenelles of Spanish sea bass with mussels; Maître Gaspard

SECOND COURSE
Galantine of quail with foie gras; pomegranate and black truffle

THIRD COURSE
Étouffée of East Coast halibut with lobster, fennel and saffron broth

FOURTH COURSE
Roasted Colorado lamb loin with harissa-garlic sausage;
preserved lemon, broccoli rabe, and crispy garbanzo

FROMAGE
Louis's Cheese Selection

DESSERT
Pine "dippin' dots" with Bergamot orange snow and yuzu sorbet
