For the second year in a row, the City of Boston and Summer on the Waterfront are holding Boston Harbor fireworks on the Saturday night of Labor Day Weekend. Boston Harbor Cruises is again the lead sponsor of the Boston Harbor Fireworks; our other generous sponsors are the Boston Harbor Hotel, the Boston Globe and the City of Boston.
The full, professional fireworks display marks a highlight of the Boston Arts Festival and the finale of the three-month-long Summer on the Waterfront. The fireworks will be produced by Atlas PyroVision, which also produces Boston's July 4th and First Night fireworks.
The fireworks barge will be moored off Fan Pier on the
South Boston Seaport. The best
public viewing locations on land are the Boston Harborwalk from Lo Presti and
Piers Parks through Hyatt Boston Harbor Hotel in East Boston; the Boston
Harborwalk from Fort Point Channel through the Blue Hills Bank Pavillion on the
Seaport; Castle Island in South Boston or by making reservations at waterfront
