Sunday August 10th, Rooftop @ Revere Hotel will
celebrate Discovery Channel's 27th annual Shark Week with
the return of it's jaw(s) dropping, limited-time shark week menu. The hotel's
rooftop bar & lounge, Rooftop @ Revere, will unleash the Eat Like
a Shark Week menu, packed to the gills with fresh seafood fare that would
send any shark (or shark-lover) into a feeding frenzy. Patrons can sink
their teeth into such specialty items as mahi mahi tacos (pineapple
cabbage slaw, mango salsa, 13 for two,) Seared Tuna Tostado's (mango
salsa, 13) salmon roll (shallot dressing, pickled onion, 15)
and Oysters on the Half Shell (pickled watermelon and lime, 4 each.)
After eating like a shark, guests can drink like a fish by gulping down
sharable fish bowl cocktails, including; The Sand Shark (Bombay
Sapphire, St. Germaine, peach puree, lemon, splash of Sprite,) The Tiger
Shark (Grey Goose Orange, Chambord, lemon, simple syrup, splash of
Prosecco,) and the much anticipated return of the summer sensation that is Sharknado
2 (Bacardi Pineapple Fusion, Mango Puree, simply syrup, lime, splash of
soda.) Each cocktail is priced at $36 and is meant for sharing
between two or more people.
