Oops. This event is over, but we have plenty of more great events coming up on our calendar.

  • November 21, 2013 - November 21, 2013

Join us for a special evening with Allan Savory of The Savory Institute and Harvard Chemist Matheiu Lalonde, Ph.D. Many of us have heard about some of the recent studies claiming that eating red meat is unhealthy. Dr. Lalonde will debunk these studies and illustrate how pasture-raised herbivores are actually ideal for human consumption. Then, Allan Savory will discuss how managing grazing animals through Holistic Planned Grazing, a strategic planning process that addresses the complexity of Nature, have reversed desertification and is bringing back to life once unusable land, and helping to reverse global warming.

DINNER:

Salad of Autumn Farm Greens

Local Apples, Farmhouse Cheddar & Cider Vinaigrette

US Wellness Prime Rib

Sweet Potato Gratin, Farm Squashes, Haricots Verts

(or a vegetarian gluten-and-grain-free meal available upon request)

Poached Pears with Cranberry Coulis
