Begin your celebration of Independence Day early at the Harvard Pilgrim Finish at the 50 5K and 10K at Patriot Place.  All the fun starts on Tuesday, July 1st and Wednesday, July 2nd with a Health and Welness Expo and free family activities at Patriot Place. This fun filled event continues on Thursday, July 3rd with all day exhibits, free family activities and a Kid's Fun Run inside Gillette Stadium at 3 PM. The premier event finale is an exciting 5K at 5:30 PM and 10K at 6:30 PM followed by a spectacular fireworks display at approximately 9 PM!

Number Pickup: By the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office in NRG Plaza

Kid's Fun Run starts at 3:00 PM

The Kid's Fun Run allows little ones (3 years old) to those 12 years old to enjoy a run around the stadium field and to finish at the 50!  Kid's must be registered to enjoy this opportunity.   Of course, parents can be on the field with the little ones.

  • Thursday, July 3, Noon - 6:00 PM

5K Course

The 5K starts on the East side of Gillette Stadium.  After the start runners will proceed North near Showcase Live before turning to run along the "ring road" heading South.  The course then goes behind the practice fields and the Dana-Farber Field House before turning towards Gillette Stadium.   Runners will enter Gillette Stadium at the Bank of Amerca Gate and then proceed to run the ramp to the 300-level concourse where views of all the surrounding communities will be enjoyed.  Leaving the 300-level concourse on the East side runners will enter the 100-level and proceed to the South ramp where they will exit the stadium and then enter again on the East side to the big "finish at the 50"!

10K Course

The 10K course has changed from 2013.   The 10K starts on the East side of Gillette Stadium and after moving along some "campus" roadways enters the streets of Foxborough.   After concluding the portion of the race on the Foxborough roadways runners will return to campus via Putnam Parkway.  The course then goes behind the practice fields and the Dana-Farber Field House before turning towards Gillette Stadium.   Runners will enter Gillette Stadium at the Bank of Amerca Gate and then proceed along the 100-level concourse to the South ramp where they will exit the stadium and then enter again on the East side to the big "finish at the 50"!
