Home Depot House Artist Residency: Thomas Willis
Wednesday, March 12-Sunday, April 13
John C. Gonzalez's artist residency program for The 2013 deCordova Biennial. During each four-week residency, invited artists working in various media will use Gonzalez's Home Depot House as an on-site studio. Open Studio: Saturdays and Sundays, 11 am-2 pm.

2014 Paul J. Cronin Lecture: Jessica Stockholder
Thursday, April 3, 6:30 pm
Jessica Stockholder is considered one of the most significant sculptors to emerge from the late twentieth century. Free to the public; located at MassArt's Tower Auditorium.

Mischievous Tactics

Join The 2013 deCordova Biennial artists Pat Falco, John C. Gonzalez, and J.R. Uretsky as they discuss the varied ways in which mischievous tactics are utilized in their work.

ARTfull Explorations
Sunday, April 6, drop in 1-3 pm
Fill your weekend with art and family through group explorations of Sculpture Park installations, Museum galleries, and engagements with materials and processes. For children ages 2-12, but all are welcome. Drop-in anytime.

ARTfull Play

Fill your day with art and play. Each biweekly play-based session features a unique opportunity to engage with art, materials, the environment, and new friends. For children 5 and under accompanied by a caregiver.

Art for April Vacation
Wednesday, April 23-Friday, April 25, drop in 1-3 pm
Discover what happens when a traditional craft gets BIG, explore how Sculpture Park artists use repurposed materials to create installations that respond to the environment, make a rope out of newspaper, weave a rug with plastic bags, and create a collaborative construction out of rope.

Dance Spot
Sunday, April 27, 11 am-2 pm
Join artist Elisa Hamilton for a participatory art experience that will transform areas of the Sculpture Park into outdoor dance floors. Each Dance Spot (a colorful diagram illustrating a site-specific dance routine) will be paired with a song selected by the artist and related to the nearby art and landscape.

Party for the Park
Saturday, May 3, 6:30 pm-11 pm
