In celebration of Passover Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro will offer a special, prix fixe Passover Dinner on Monday, April 14th and Tuesday, April 15th from 5:30PM - 11:00PM. Dinner will begin with bread service featuring house-made matzo made with einkorn, a rarely used ancient grain with Biblical roots, followed by a three course menu from Executive Chef Josh Lewin. The multi-course meal includes selections such as matzo ball soup with chicken consommé, hen of the woods mushroom and mirepoix, braised beef brisket with melted red cabbage and sunchoke latke, and Turkish passover cake with walnuts, orange and almond milk gelato. The prix fixe menu is available for $42 per person (+tax and gratuity) or items can be ordered à la carte. The regular menu will also be available. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling 617-723-7575.
