The Boston Red Sox are hosting a Halloween party. And
everyone's invited. The Red Sox have invited fans to attend "Halloween at
Fenway Park" on Thursday, Oct. 30. Children and adults will have an opportunity
to trick-or-treat around the Fenway warning track and then enjoy the popular
1984 movie "Ghostbusters." Both trick-or-treating and the movie are free and
open to the public. A free ticket will be required to gain entry to the movie,
and it can be obtained at RedSox.com/MovieNight. Trick-or-treating will take
place from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. The outfield will feature Halloween decorations,
and costumed staff will hand out candy. Wally the Green Monster and the Red
Sox's three recent World Series trophies will be present. Other activities,
including face painting and balloon artistry, also are planned. Fans who want
to trick-or-treat can enter through Gate C starting at 3 p.m. Fans attending
only the movie can enter through Gates A and D beginning at 6 p.m. The movie
will begin at 7:15 p.m. Costumes are encouraged. Fun is expected.
There will be a free community event beforehand from 3-6pm, featuring trick or treating around the warning track.
Don't miss your chance to take part in the Halloween fun by seeing one of the classics at America's Most Beloved Ballpark.
*Movie is rain or shine.
