Listen for the Quincy Market bell on Tuesday, August 26, 2014! Join us for a step into Opening Day, August 26, 1826 when Mayor Josiah Quincy's vision for an enhanced marketplace was realized for the people of Boston. This guided walk through Faneuil Hall Market will focus on the enduring design of architect Alexander Parris and the engaging politics of the day. Our 30-minute stroll is inspired by the book, Quincy's Market by John Quincy, JR.  

Meet historian Linda Perlman near Pulse Café in the South Market, and wear comfortable walking shoes.
