Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro Celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with Authentic Irish-Inspired Menu
On March 17th, 2014, Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro, known for its French-inspired cuisine, is traveling to the Emerald Isle and offering a multi-course dinner menu featuring unique takes on traditional Irish cuisine in honor of St. Patrick’s Day.
Executive Chef Josh Lewin will start the evening off with traditional Irish Soda Bread served with beef fat butter and buttermilk jam, followed by a Beef Consommé and honey poached parsnip amuse-bouche. Guests can then select from appetizers including Dublin coddle and Scotch egg with confit potato and frisée, before moving on to the main course which includes salmon with creamed leeks and oyster broth, and lamb with minted greens, sweet potatoes and carrots. The dinner will end on a high note with a choice of Guinness cake with caramel ice cream and shaved chocolateor juniper baked apple with soft basil cream both of which can be paired with one of the libations off of the Bistro’s cocktail list.
The St. Patrick’s Day menu is $43 per person (tax, beverages and gratuity not included) and will be offered exclusively on Monday, March 17th, 2014 from 5:30PM to 11:00PM. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling 617-723-7575.
