Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro Offers Prix Fixe Mother’s Day Brunch

Mother's Day comes but once a year. On that day we celebrate Mom, Mother, Mama, or Mammy - a.k.a. the woman who made it all possible. Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro is showing its appreciation by offering a special Mother's Day Brunch on Sunday, May 11th, 2014 from 10:00AM - 4:00PM. The $39 prix fixe menu will feature choices such as roasted asparagus salad with farm egg, spring dug parsnip purée, onion confit and bacon, Faroe Island salmon, brioche French toast with native strawberries, mint and Chantilly crème fraîche, and a selection of house-made desserts that will make any mother happy.Space is limited.
