Beat Hôtel Hosts Family-Friendly Easter Egg-travaganza
On Sunday, April 20th, 2014, Beat Hôtel invites diners to join them for a family-friendly Easter egg-travaganza featuring a seasonal prix fixe brunch, dinner specials, live musical performances all day long and a visit from the Easter Bunny himself.
From 10:00AM-3:30PM, early risers will enjoy Beat’s delicious three course prix fixe brunch ($34.95) featuring a selection of seasonal dishes crafted by Executive Chef Rebecca Newell including Spiced Carrot Soup with Roasted Chickpeas & Tahini, Bibb Lettuce Salad with Artichoke Hearts & Sunflower Vinaigrette and entrées such as Baked Spiral Ham with Charred Pineapple Glaze, Spring Peas & Whipped Potatoes, Roast Lamb Shoulder with Tomatoes & Oregano, Spring Peas & Whipped Potatoes, and Triple Cheese Quiche with Spinach, Leek & Sun Dried Tomato. Beat’s “flower children” ages ten and under will have their own menu to choose from for $14.95 including kiddie Scrambled Eggs & Toast, Grilled Cheese and French toast before running off to mix and mingle with the Easter Bunny. Adults will have their own entertainment with live jazz performances from the Gary Feldman Trio from 10:00AM-12:30PM and piano visionary Doug Johnson from 1:00PM-4:00PM.
Those looking to hit the town in the evening will savor Beat’s array of seasonally-inspired dinner specials with a bohemian twist and accompanying live music from 4:00PM-12:00AM. Easter specials will be served a la carte alongside Beat’s traditional menu including favorites such as Buffalo Cauliflower ($10), Colorado Lamb Chops with white beans, broccoli rabe, polenta and pesto ($28) andthe super-natural Earth Bowl with vegetables, 5-grain pilaf and pumpkin tahini sauce ($20). In honor of the Boston Marathon, Beat also invites runners to carbo load with its selection of carb-o-licious specials before the big day such as Short Rib Lasagna with basil, pecorino, pomodoro tomato sauce ($23). Guests can celebrate with libations off the Beat’s cocktail list including the Purple Door, Tito’s vodka, blueberry puree and real maple syrup ($11) and the Electric Sidecar, Clear Creek apple brandy, Fruit Lab orange organic liqueur and sour mix ($12). Wine enthusiasts will appreciate Beat Hôtel’s acclaimed wine list featuring 24 American artisanal wines on tap and an acclaimed reserve list.
Live musical performances all evening long will include modern jazz bassist Steve Kirby from 5:00PM-8:00PM and the electro pop & folk sounds of Monica Lionheart with Fernando Ferrer from 9:00PM-1:00AM.
