Discover the rich collections of the Fogg, Busch-Reisinger, and Arthur M. Sackler Museums, newly united in a state-of-the-art facility designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop.
In the revitalized Calderwood Courtyard, visitors can immediately encounter works from the collections. The courtyard’s open design offers dramatic views within the building as well as access to some of the museums’ new amenities. Find a keepsake in the shop and enjoy a snack at the cafe. Explore the expanded Collections Galleries featuring works from the ancient world to the present, and from the Americas, Europe, North Africa, the Mediterranean, and Asia. Visit the Lightbox Gallery at the building’s summit to use technology to explore the collections in new ways, and gain a glimpse into the labs of the Straus Center for Conservation and Technical Studies. Attend a lecture or film, or make an appointment to visit the Art Study Center for a closer look at original works of art from the collections not currently on view in the galleries.
Our renowned collections and unique spaces inspire new ways of looking for all visitors—students, faculty, scholars, and the public.
