During your visit to Boston, you’ll no doubt learn about Samuel Adams and the role he played in the American Revolution. Of course, you should also know he was a brewer, and the Boston Brewery sporting his name put American craft brewing on the map in the mid-1980’s. When you visit the Samuel Adams Brewery, you will sample a taste of American brewing history.

Experience the brewing process by tasting the special malts and smelling the Noble hops that give Samuel Adams’ beers their superior flavor and aroma. Visit the Brewhouse to learn exactly how Samuel Adams Boston Lager is made, take in the rich history of one of America’s first craft breweries, and of course, sample a few of their award winning beers. Experience lasts approximately 1 hour and is a short 10 minute T ride from Back Bay station. Tours run Monday-Thursday: 10-3, Friday 10-5:30 and Saturday 10-3. Tours are free with a recommended $2.00 donation which goes 100% to charity.
