Chef Andreas Edlbauer cooks up traditional Irish favorites on March 17
The Living Room and Executive Chef Andreas Edlbauer are continuing their Monday brunch line-up with a special celebratory St. Patrick’s Day Brunch.
On Monday, March 17, Executive Chef Andreas Edlbauer invites guests to fuel up before the festivities and indulge in a St. Patrick’s Day brunch that will have any leprechaun dancing. Menu items include authentic Irish dishes like Irish Soda Farls Benedict, a Traditional Irish Breakfast, and more. For those guests who are looking to celebrate a little more this St. Patrick’s Day, The Living Room will also be serving up the “Cookie O’Puss” , the March Martini of the Month made up of Potsheen, ‘Orchata crème, white crème de cacao, white chocolate liquor, and buttershots.
Whether recovering from Parade Day shenanigans or simply seeking genuinely delicious Irish fare, The Living Room has it covered this St. Patrick’s Day.

Irish potato cakes, Vermont creamery butter
Irish Soda Farls Benedict
