Pan roasted Shrimp, cherry tomatoes, garlic, splash of white wine, served
over Tuscan toast
Arancini Martini, traditional Sicilian risotto cakes, filled with beef, peas and mozzarella, served with a tomato and basil sauce
Roasted Shiitake Crostini, goat cheese and chives, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil
Fried butternut Squash Ravioli, with lobster meat, in a honey, sage mascarpone sauce
Asparagus Salad, mixed greens, string beans, buffalo mozzarella, sun dried tomato vinaigrette
2nd Course
Choice of One
Homemade Lobster Ravioli, served with English peas, crispy pancetta, butternut squash, tarragon cream sauce
*Roasted Black Angus Filet, with a blueberry Chianti sauce, served on a bed of fried eggplant and a bundle of grilled asparagus
+Seared Sea Scallops, and angel hair pasta, tossed with broccoli rabe, pine nuts and garlic pesto
Grilled Swordfish Steak, garlic, capers, tomatoes, lemon white wine sauce, served with wilted spinach and Brussels sprouts
Pollo Rollettine, chicken stuffed with prosciutto, asparagus and mozzarella, breaded and pan fried, served with Marsala wine and mushroom risotto
