Four Seasons Hotel Boston Executive Chef Brooke Vosika for the all-new fall 2012 popular cooking classes.
These monthly cooking classes are open to the public and have earned a reputation throughout Boston as the best of the best. Catering to both experienced cooks and novices alike, they take place inside the Aujourd'hui Event Space kitchen and feature an all-new theme each month.
Classes include hands-on cooking and instruction, plus mouthwatering food, wine and fun. All participants receive aprons to wear and take home, as well as gift bags filled with recipes and gourmet treats.

Wednesday, September 19th: Thailand, 6:30-8:30pm
Thursday, October 25th: Southeast Asia, 6:30-8:30pm
*These first two classes are inspired by Vosika's recent travels abroad, during which he mastered the art of cooking Southeast Asian cuisine.
Sunday, November 4th: Weekend Brunch, 11am-1pm
Thursday, November 29th: Holiday Entertaining, 6:30-8:30pm
*These second two classes are inspired by the festive season, a time for entertaining and celebrating the company of family and friends.
