Our museums are among the finest in the country. Whatever your interest, Boston has a museum for you: fine art, contemporary art, hands-on-science exhibits, historical relics, the latest computer technology and over 3,000 glass flowers.

You can dive into the New England Aquarium, or soar 50 stories above the street with a visit to the Skywalk Observatory, where you’ll take in magnificent 360-degree views of Boston and beyond.

For the Traveling Family, there’s Boston Children's Museum, one of the best in the country. If you’re of the scientific mind, be sure to visit the Museum of Science, which features over 600 exhibits. For the naturalist, the Harvard Museum of Natural History has over 21 million specimens for you to examine.

There are museums with excellent restaurants and restaurants that are part museum. There are museums which will take you back in time and museums for which you will want to return time and time again.
Adams National Historical Park
Adams National Historical Park, Quincy, MA, is comprised of the birthplace homes of Presidents John and John Quincy Adams; the Old House, home to four generations of the Adams family; and the Stone Library. Many park programs and special events are offered to give kids of all ages an opportunity to Picture Themselves in the Past and see themselves in their nation's future. Blue Hills Ski Area
Within 12 miles of Downtown Boston, Blue Hills Ski Area provides a great family-fun environment for all ages for both skiing and snowboarding! Complete with a PSIA learning center, which includes accredited children's programs ages 4 and up, plus private and group lessons.
