Holiday Season in Boston

Boston's Holiday Season opens in mid-November with a truly wonderful selection of spirited performances and annual events, and concludes nine weeks later with First Night, a citywide Celebration of the Arts, complete with a New Year's Eve laser countdown to midnight and a spectacular fireworks display.

Our hotels are trimmed with seasonal specialties and are perfectly wrapped for your holiday pleasure.

Boston's stores and shops are dressed in their holiday best. Our parks and plazas outshine one another, our streets are garlanded and bowed and each store window is more inviting than the last.

Many restaurants offer signature culinary events at this festive time of year from Breakfast with Santa to Nutcracker Brunches to New Year's Eve.
