Trillium's Thomson Place restaurant and brewery opened in the fall of 2018. This three story building features modern New England farmhouse inspired food created by Chef Michael Morway. Beers are brewed on site with both stainless steel fermentation and oak foeders. Guests may enjoy the expansive first floor taproom, second floor dining area, as well as a spacious outdoor patio and third floor roof terrace.
