Here's how it works: For the reasonable fixed price of $20.13 (get it?), you could enjoy a 3-course lunch. 2-course lunches at $15.13 and 3-course dinners at $38.13 will also be available. While the participating restaurants have not been announced quite yet (but will be shortly, so please check back), you can expect more than 200 establishments, including old favorites and some of the hottest new dining spots.
The name of the event is a tad misleading. It used to be a week, but the event became so popular we extended it to two weeks. (And let's be honest, Boston Restaurant Fortnight just doesn't have the same ring.) And "Boston" refers to the region; eateries from Cambridge, Brookline, and the burbs will be joining the fun as well.
As soon as the participating dining spots are announced, you should consider making reservations. The event is hugely popular, and you wouldn't want to miss out. Shortly, you'll be able to see a list of the eateries, review menus, and make reservations at our Restaurant Week Boston site.
