Calling all art lovers! This Spring, take a special free shuttle from Waltham center straight to the front door of the Rose Art Museum. Visit the critically acclaimed major retrospective Howardena Pindell: What Remains To Be Seen, and explore our permanent installations The Undisciplined Collector by Mark Dion, that evokes 1961, the year of the Rose Art Museum’s founding with all the trappings of an eclectic collector’s den, and Chris Burden’s Light of Reason, a large-scale site-specific sculpture composed of historic streetlamps located in front of the museum. Don’t miss this perfect opportunity to see Pindell’s powerful work which the Boston Globe called, "playful, knowing, sensual, elegant.”
The shuttle's pick up point is located at the Waltham MBTA Station on Carter Street near the Waltham town green from 12-4 PM on April 13, April 27 and May 11. Accessible shuttles will leave from the Carter Street stop on the hour and the half hour and will depart from Rose Art Museum to the town green a quarter past the hour and a quarter to the hour.
