Come savor this fall's harvest with a very special chef's tasting menu created by Chef Vittorio Ettore and his team.

This years autumn harvest menu will feature chestnut bisque with foie gras and roasted chestnuts, second course will be a blue fish pate with pickled beets, followed by braised oxtail with blue hubbard squash trofie pasta, and the last savory course, VT lamb with a parsnip-garlic puree, and end with a "campfire" and make your own smores tableside!
