The Frost Fit Winter Series Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is back on the Esplanade this winter and bigger than ever with 13 workouts!
Every Monday in February at 6:30am, instructors from the November Project will lead you through running loops, body-weight exercises, and other fun, energetic activities designed to keep you moving (and therefore warm). Anyone who attends these workouts will receive select Frost Fit Winter Series swag*, a light breakfast and hot beverages. We strongly encourage you to bring your own reusable thermoses!
Please register on Eventbrite to sign the electronic waiver to participate in Frost Fit. Once you have signed the electronic waiver and completed online registration, you are all set to attend Frost Fit – no need to check in at the time of the event!

About the November Project
November Project™ is a FREE fitness movement that was born in Boston as a way to stay in shape during cold New England months. Now present in multiple cities around the world, the movement is using a simple sense of accountability (verbal) to motivate and encourage people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels to get out of their beds and get moving.
Our members vary from Olympic medalists, professional athletes, marathoners, triathletes, current and former collegiate athletes all the way to complete fitness rookies and recent couch potatoes just looking to kickstart their healthy life choices. If you think that you’re not fit enough to join the group, stop thinking and come see what the fuss is all about.
