The full power of Mozart’s genius is on display in his beloved 40th Symphony, at turns sublime, joyous and dramatic. Then, like fascinating friends in a lively conversation, H+H principals star in Beethoven’s grand Triple Concerto. Opening the concert: 18th century Afro-French composer Chevalier de Saint-Georges’s spirited overture.

“It goes without saying that the H+H musicians are the cream of the crop: historically informed without stuffiness, conveying their love of the music through every enthusiastic gesture, their commitment making the music live.”
