Wednesdays are about to become your favorite day of the week. Coppersmith and chef Jason Heardhave launched the hump day dinner series When It’s Done & While It Lasts, Whole Hog Roasts. Original recipes based on global flavors inspire each weekly roast made with locally sourced meats and served along with all the traditional fixings. The bar team will be whipping up appropriately-themed cocktail specials, as well, so you won’t go thirsty. Dinner service starts at 5:00pm and the Whole Hog menu costs $24 per person.
