Celebrate the Museum’s partnership with the historic Wright Tavern (2 Lexington Road, Concord, MA) in the center of Concord.

The first floor of this National Historic Landmark will be open to the public. Learn about the role the building played in the events of the Revolution, from the election of John Hancock as president of the Massachusetts Provincial Congress, to visits from the King’s army during the battles of Concord and Lexington. Living history, crafts, and hands on activities will run all day long.

Join in on a walking tour at 1:00 p.m. from the Tavern to the Old North Bridge. Learn about the events leading up to April 19, 1775 and the first battle of the American Revolution. Discover the stories behind the monuments at the Bridge and the center of town.
