Enjoy a Festive Christmas Day Feast at Bar Boulud! Satisfy holiday cravings with a bountiful spread prepared by Chef de Cuisine Brian Arruda and Pastry Chef Robert Differ.
Featuring traditional holiday classics and festive favorites, Bar Boulud’s menu includes: signature charcuterie, a New England raw bar, farm-fresh eggs with honey-glazed ham, tender oven-roasted prime rib, seared Bay of Fundy salmon and creamy pumpkin risotto. Culminating the Christmas celebration on a sweet note, Pastry Chef Robert Differ will showcase a display of homemade culinary confections, while a seasonal kid’s cart visits table-side.
Bar Boulud’s buffet brunch is available from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In addition, and a la carte breakfast menu will be served from 7 to 10:30 a.m. and a select dinner menu will be featured from 5 to 8 p.m.
COST: Brunch $95 per person; $48 for children 12 and under.
