At brunch, to help moms sit back and relax on their special day, the talented culinary team will be whipping up specialties like succulent Lobster Frittata, the perfect plate for seafood fans, comprised of fresh Maine lobster, American caviar, whipped Greek yogurt, and brandy lobster sauce; Strawberry Stuffed French Toast, boasting almond frangipane and caramelized seasonal fruit; Red Velvet Pancakes, layered with whipped mascarpone and topped with housemade blueberry syrup and a sprig of fresh mint; the Bastille Benedict, featuring poached farm fresh eggs, pancetta, asparagus, and hollandaise; along with a mouthwatering interpretation of a classic Steak and Eggs.
