Restaurant Associates’ green catering package uses only local and sustainable menu items such as local wines and beer (Harpoon). We compost leftover food and use real china, glass and silverware to keep more plastic out of landfills. When there is a need for disposable utensils they are biodegradable. All food vendors for your green event will be within a 150 mile radius. In addition to green-focused events, we design every event specifically to each client’s needs.
