On Thanksgiving Day, allow Fairmont Copley Plaza's culinary team to host your family's brunch. Sit back, relax and enjoy an unforgettable holiday dining experience with loved ones while you feast on a grand buffet in one of Boston’s most luxurious settings.
Below is a sample menu from 2018. 2019 Thanksgiving menu to come.
Indulge in a delightful array of traditional, locally sourced Thanksgiving favorites like roasted turkey from Maine carved to order and spiced pumpkin soup, plus all the time-honored trimmings: creamy mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and plenty more. The menu will also spotlight New England fare, including a raw bar station and tasty selections like lobster macaroni & cheese, seared Georges Bank scallops and Vermont cheeses. Save room for sweets! A decadent dessert assortment of pies, fall-flavored cupcakes and whoopee pies, and cake pops will be presented.
The entire family will be entertained. Upon arrival and in between buffet helpings, stop by the hotel’s petting zoo to interact with adorable farm animals, take photos with scarecrow cardboard cutouts and visit the hot apple cider stand.
Fairmont Copley Plaza is proud to announce that all leftovers from Thanksgiving brunch will be donated to Boston Rescue Mission, an organization that brings food to the hungry and homeless in the city. Executive Chef Laurent Poulain regularly works with Boston Rescue Mission to donate excess food from the hotel.
