This year we are celebrating Valentine's Day, Tuesday, February 14th, with a mouthwatering eight course menu. Below is a sample menu to give you an idea of what is to come!
Island Creek oysters with Siberian caviar
and warm fennel pollen cream
Spot prawns with citrus, hearts of palm,
sorrel and a savory pot de creme
Roasted black cod, mussel-miso broth,
shimeji mushrooms and onion sprouts
Wood grilled duck breast, foie gras batonnet,
black currant and blood orange
Prime rib-eye of beef with braised Kobe short-ribs,
Périgord truffle, various crisps and Madeira jus

The dinner is $200 per guest, wine pairings are an additional $90 per guest. Reservations are required.
Pink and Red Bubbles!
Nothing says Valentine's Day like Pink Bubbles! Sommelier, Lauren Daddona, has brought together her favorite pink and red bubbles to create a sweet treat for you and your Valentine! The dinner takes place Monday, February 13th, at 7pm and is $110 per guest.
