Join us on Thanksgiving Day at OAK Long and Kitchen for a three-course prix fix menu served family style available from 12 p.m-9 p.m prepared by Executive Chef Graham Lockwood. The meal starts with a lobster bisque, a market salad with local apples, and hearth baked bread, followed by a choice of two main courses for the table served with traditional accompaniments like Kennebunc mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and more. The main course options are heritage roasted turkey, New England pot roast or pacific king salmon. For dessert, Pastry Chef Lindsey Le Blanc will present pumpkin cheesecake and apple pie.
The kitchen requests full participation of the prix fix menu from the table. Modified a la carte menus will be available throughout the day. (Breakfast Menu 7:00 a.m-11:30 a.m., Dinner Menu 12:00 p.m-10 p.m., Late Night Menu 10 p.m-12a.m.) Bar open until midnight.
