The Greenway is the contemporary public park in the heart of Boston. The Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy is the non-profit responsible for the management and care of the The Greenway. The Greenway welcomes 1.4 million trackable visitors annually, plus millions more who casually enjoy the fountains, gardens, and art. The Conservancy has won numerous awards for its organic landscape care, public art, and programming.
The Greenway is free and open to the public every day from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm and invites you to spend that time strolling through its five distinct parks relaxing, frolicking in the grass, and perhaps grabbing a bite to eat from the many food trucks stationed throughout the Greenway. The Rose Kennedy Greenway offers a custom one-of-a-kind permanent carousel. Filled with creatures from the Boston area, the carousel is a fun attraction for the whole family.
The Greenway is fully wheelchair accessible. The Greenway Carousel is wheelchair accessible as well. For more information visit rosekennedygreenway.org.
