This Easter, April 16, 2017, enjoy a lavish Brunch Buffet at The Taj Boston Hotel’s elegant Ballroom. The holiday is made even more festive for families as brunch includes a visit from Barn Babies, the region’s premier traveling petting zoo. From bunnies to chicks to baby goats, patrons of all ages will enjoy a visit with these very special Easter guests.
The hotel’s culinary team has created a menu that includes something for every palate from omelet and waffle stations, spring soups and salads, raw bar display, cheese and charcuterie and more. Brunch entrees include mint glazed leg of lamb, lemon sole, pan seared gnocchi and an assortment of Indian Kebabs, each served with the appropriate accompaniments. Brunch has a sweet finish with a selection of Easter desserts created by the pastry chef.
Easter Brunch will be served in the Grand Ballroom with seatings at 10:30 a.m. 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m., 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Feathered and furry friends will be visiting with guests in the Petite Ballroom.
